Alpha Corp Acquires Earth Infrastructures’ Stalled Projects
NEW DELHI: Alpha Corp Development has successfully taken over three stalled projects from Earth Infrastructures via the resolution process under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). This acquisition is expected to offer relief to more than 3,000 impacted homebuyers and commercial space buyers. The projects involved include two commercial developments—Earth TechOne and Earth Sapphire Court in Greater Noida—and one residential project, Earth Copia in Gurugram. The company plans to invest around ₹750 crore for completion, redevelopment, infrastructure improvements, and project delivery, anticipating revenue potential of about ₹1,200 crore.
