NEW DELHI: Nambiar Builders plans to invest ₹1,900 crore in Phase-III of its integrated township, District 25, located on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, targeting a projected revenue of ₹3,071 crore. This phase covers 11 acres and will feature 1,202 homes across eight towers. District 25, Phase-III will include 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 4.5 BHK apartments ranging in size from 1,250 sq ft to 2,980 sq ft, with prices starting at ₹1.62 crore.
