Cyberabad’s Co-Living Spaces Experience Rapid Growth

HYDERABAD: As housing rentals rise consistently, the western corridor has become a popular area for co-living spaces, experiencing a tenfold growth in the past four years. According to the IT Corridor Hostels Association, Hyderabad saw its co-living facilities surge from about 20 during the pandemic to over 250 today. EOW Books SSLS Real Estate for Cheating Investors of ₹19 Crore

HYDERABAD: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Cyberabad police has initiated legal proceedings against the promoters of SSLS Real Estate & Constructions for allegedly embezzling approximately ₹19.4 crore from local investors. A complaint filed by Miyapur businessman Badari Nadh Gelli states that the scheme began in July 2023 when a mutual acquaintance, Mohan Muralidhar, organized a meeting at Lodha Meridian, Kukatpally.
