Real Estate Capital Inflows Surge 32% to $8.5B in H1 2026

NEW DELHI: India’s real estate sector saw equity capital inflows of $8.5 billion in H1 2026, marking a 32% increase from $6.4 billion in the same period of 2025, according to a report by CBRE South Asia. In Q2 2026 alone, total inflows reached $3.4 billion, remaining stable compared to Q2 2025. Acquisitions of land and development sites, along with built-up office assets, constituted approximately 94% of overall equity investments in the quarter. India office absorption reaches 59.6M sq ft in 9M 2025: Report

NEW DELHI: India’s office market achieved a record high in absorption during the first three quarters of 2025, with gross leasing reaching 59.6 million sq ft, marking the largest volume for this period, according to a recent report from CBRE South Asia.
