GURUGRAM: The occupation certificate (OC) scam in licensed neighborhoods has expanded, as investigations by TOI reveal significant discrepancies between approved documents and actual construction conditions. Gurugram Developers, RWAs Must Submit Structural Safety Reports

GURUGRAM: The district administration is organizing a meeting with developers and representatives from various residents’ welfare associations (RWAs) to discuss complaints regarding the lack of implementation of recommended repairs from structural audit reports of residential buildings.
