Nisus Finance invests ₹70 crore in three Bengaluru projects

NEW DELHI: Nisus Finance Services Co has allocated ₹70 crore across three residential projects in Bengaluru via its Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund I. The ₹1,700 crore fund is a SEBI-registered Category-II alternative investment fund managed by Nisus BCD Advisors LLP. The projects, developed by Sumukha Housing, a Bengaluru-based residential developer headed by Arjun Vasu and Varun Vasu, have a collective gross development value of approximately ₹300 crore. NEW DELHI: Sumadhura Group has invested ₹1,000 crore to develop six residential projects across East and North Bengaluru by FY26.
