Lucknow to Start E-Auction for 149 Residential Plots

Representative Image LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority will initiate an e-auction for 149 residential plots in Gomti Nagar Extension and Basant Kunj Yojana starting Thursday, as part of a larger sale of 475 properties valued at nearly Rs 3,000 crore throughout the city. Lucknow body files FIR over 18 fake PMAY home letters

LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority has filed an FIR after 18 individuals were defrauded out of lakhs of rupees for housing under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Basant Kunj. The victims received counterfeit allotment letters and registration certificates, which were discovered to be forged during the investigation. This issue surfaced when the deceived applicants approached the authority after they were unable to take possession of their homes.
