Ludhiana Trust Holds Lottery for 179 Atal Apartment Flats

LUDHIANA: On Tuesday, the Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT) conducted a draw for the final 179 flats under the Atal Apartment scheme, coinciding with the Baisakhi festival. Local bodies minister Sanjeev Arora was present at the event held at Nehru Sidhant Kendra, where LIT chairman Tarsem Bhinder assured successful allottees that they would receive possession of their flats by the end of this year. They are invited to Nehru Sidhant Kendra on April 14 for a draw of the remaining flats. The LIT has received an impressive number of applications, totaling over 1,500. Specifically, LIT received 566 applications for High-Income Group (HIG) flats and 974 for Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats, making a total of 1,540 applications. LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT) has seen strong interest from residents for the remaining 179 flats under the Atal Apartment Scheme. The draw is scheduled to take place around April 14, and officials have posted the final list of applicants on the LIT website. Some applicants, however, have been asked to submit pending documents.
