Telangana RERA Directs Aparna Constructions to Deliver Flat
HYDERABAD: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA) has mandated Aparna Constructions & Estates Pvt Ltd to transfer a flat in Aparna Sarovar Zicon to a new purchaser within 30 days. They noted that a registered sale deed maintains its validity presumption until overturned by a competent court. The ruling, issued on July 21, responded to a complaint from Shridevi Valluri, a Banjara Hills resident, relating to a resident of Block J in the Nallagandla project.
