New FY27 Circle Rates Effective in Gurugram

GURUGRAM: Starting Thursday, new circle rates for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties are now in effect. Property transactions will adhere to these updated rates from Friday onward. Gurugram Developers, RWAs Must Submit Structural Safety Reports

GURUGRAM: The district administration is organizing a meeting with developers and representatives from various residents’ welfare associations (RWAs) to discuss complaints regarding the lack of implementation of recommended repairs from structural audit reports of residential buildings.
