Ranbir Kapoor Purchases 2,134 sq ft in Ayodhya for ₹3.31 Cr
NEW DELHI: Ranbir Kapoor has purchased a 2,134 sq ft land parcel in Ayodhya for ₹3.31 crore. The property is part of The Sarayu, a 75-acre plotted development by House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). In March 2026, Amitabh Bachchan acquired a 2.67-acre land parcel in the same city for ₹35 crore from HoABL. The deal was managed by Rajesh Yadav, managing director of AB Corp. HoABL currently has approximately 34 million sq ft under active development and aims to expand to 48 cities across India.
