Signature Global (India) nets ₹1,094.64 crore profit in FY26


NEW DELHI: Signature Global (India) announced a consolidated net profit after tax of ₹1,094.64 crore for the financial year 2025-26, up from ₹101.20 crore reported in FY25, as stated in a filing with the BSE.

The company’s consolidated total income for FY26 reached ₹2,778.85 crore, a 5.34% increase from ₹2,637.99 crore in FY25.

In Q4 FY26, consolidated total income surged 109.53% to ₹1,195.22 crore, compared to ₹570.43 crore in the same quarter last year. Similarly, profit after tax for Q4 FY26 was ₹1,152.40 crore, a significant rise from ₹61.12 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The board approved the appointment of Bharat Bhushan as an additional non-executive independent director for a term of five consecutive years, effective May 13, 2026.

As of March 31, 2026, Signature Global’s net worth was ₹1,794.28 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 1.59 and a current liability ratio of 0.88. The total debts to total assets stood at 0.17, while the operating margin was 5.10% and the net profit margin was an impressive 104.08%.

The company successfully cut its net debt by 77% to ₹2 billion as of FY26, a decrease from ₹8.8 billion at the end of FY25. During FY26, pre-sales totaled ₹82.5 billion, and the average sales realization improved to ₹15,250 per sq ft, up from ₹12,457 per sq ft in FY25.
