NEW DELHI: DLF has announced a 1.10% increase in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹4,414.68 crore, up from ₹4,366.82 crore in FY25, as reported in a filing to the BSE.
The company’s net consolidated total income was ₹9,816.04 crore in FY26, representing a 9.12% rise from ₹8,995.89 crore in FY25.
In Q4 FY26, net consolidated total income fell by 37.46%, totaling ₹2,093.82 crore compared to ₹3,347.77 crore in the same quarter last year. Additionally, profit after tax declined by 1.06%, settling at ₹1,268.56 crore in Q4 FY26, down from ₹1,282.20 crore in the previous fiscal year’s corresponding quarter.
The board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹8 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for FY 2025-26 (400%).
New sales bookings reached ₹20,143 crore for FY26, and the rental portfolio stands at 50 million sq ft, with an occupancy rate of 95%.
