Nambiar Builders to Invest ₹1,900 Crore in Bengaluru Phase-III


NEW DELHI: Nambiar Builders plans to invest ₹1,900 crore in Phase-III of its integrated township, District 25, located on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, targeting a projected revenue of ₹3,071 crore.

This phase covers 11 acres and will feature 1,202 homes across eight towers.

District 25, Phase-III will include 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 4.5 BHK apartments ranging in size from 1,250 sq ft to 2,980 sq ft, with prices starting at ₹1.62 crore.

District 25 is part of a larger 63-acre approved township, with further expansion pending approval. The township is situated on Chandapura-Dommasandra Road.

RBI Report: Creditors Recovered ₹4 Lakh Cr via IBC by Sept 2025

MUMBAI: According to a Reserve Bank report released Wednesday, creditors have recovered ₹4 lakh crore under resolution plans initiated under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) as of September 30, 2025. Since the introduction of corporate insolvency resolution processes in December 2016, a total of 8,659 Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRPs) have been initiated, with 6,761 (or 78.1%) successfully completed by September 30, 2025.
