LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is poised to unveil three significant residential projects this month.
These initiatives include Naimish Nagar in Bakshi Ka Talab, Varun Vihar on Mohan Road near the Agra Expressway, and Wellness City on Sultanpur Road. They are designed to address the increasing housing needs and support the planned urban development in the state capital.
LDA officials report that final preparations for registration, lottery, and allotment are currently underway.
Designated officials are overseeing the process, and detailed plans for launching the schemes are being finalized.
Once completed, the three projects are expected to offer housing solutions for over six lakh residents.
The first phase will start with the registration of approximately 2,100 residential plots in the Kailash and Kashi blocks of the Naimish Nagar project. The development will feature a network of roads measuring 60, 45, and 24 meters in width. All plot allocations across the three schemes will be conducted via a lottery system.
