LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has received 110 applications for its one-time settlement (OTS) scheme, with 85 submitted on Monday. These applications pertain to inquiries about outstanding dues on properties purchased by the applicants.
A help desk is available at the LDA office to assist allottees with their online applications, and the LDA is hosting camps at various project locations. The OTS camp at Bhawani Market, Jankipuram Extension, will continue on Tuesday, providing immediate assistance.
Deputy Secretary Madhvesh Kumar stated that the scheme will remain open until July 17. It encompasses various types of properties, including residential and commercial spaces, plots assigned to government institutions and schools, charitable organizations, auctioned properties, cooperative housing societies, and building map approvals.
Allottees who have defaulted on installments and incurred penal or compound interest are eligible for relief under this scheme.
