LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority is set to restart registration for approximately 1,487 developed plots listed with UP RERA under the ambitious Anantnagar residential scheme along Mohan Road.
Officials indicated that a proposal from the engineering division has been forwarded to the property department, and the registration dates will be announced shortly.
The plots cater to middle and upper-income groups in various colonies, including Akash Khand, Aalekh Khand, Ashish Khand, Aabhas Khand, Alok Khand, Adarsh Khand, Aditya Khand, and Aamod Khand. In Sector-1, there are 617 plots, comprising 40 plots of 450 sq m, 211 plots of 288 sq m, 224 plots of 200 sq m, 90 plots of 162 sq m, and 52 plots of 112.5 sq m.
Sector-3 contains 377 plots, with 26 plots of 200 sq m, 15 plots of 162 sq m, and 336 plots of 112.5 sq m.
In Sector-5, a total of 493 plots have been developed, including 154 of 288 sq m, 178 of 200 sq m, and 161 of 162 sq m. The registration process will be conducted online.
