NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has filed a first information report (FIR) against A.S.G.I. Properties at the Greater Noida Police Commissionerate, following serious fraud and forgery allegations. The case has been registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) law, specifically sections 318(4), 338, and 336(3). Complaints received by UP-RERA indicate that the promoter misled allottees and banks regarding the Apple Tower S-2A & S-2B project by submitting a fraudulent order to secure loans.
