LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) announced on Friday that online registration for flats under the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel and Atal Nagar housing schemes will begin on Saturday and continue until November 3.
The Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Housing Scheme is built on land reclaimed from the late mafia don Mukhtar Ansari in Dalibagh, while the Atal Nagar Housing Scheme is located in Devpur Para. The Patel scheme features three G+3 blocks on approximately 2,314 sq.m. of land, offering 72 flats of 36.65 sq.m. each, priced at ₹10.70 lakh for economically weaker section (EWS) families.
Conveniently located on 20-meter Bandha Road, the project is just 5–10 minutes away from Balu Adda, 1090 Chauraha, Narahi, Sikandarbagh, and Hazratganj. Residents will have access to clean water, electricity, security, and two-wheeler parking.
The Atal Nagar Housing Scheme caters to low- and middle-income families, providing 2,496 flats spread over 15 towers ranging from 12 to 19 floors. This scheme includes 1,832 one-bedroom and 664 two-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 30 sq.m. to 54.95 sq.m., starting at ₹9.82 lakh. The project comes with essential amenities like lifts, uninterrupted utilities, security, green spaces, children’s play areas, and ample parking, making it ideal for families, including women, children, and senior citizens.
Registrations can only be completed via the LDA website, requiring a 5% registration fee based on the estimated flat cost (2.5% for reserved category applicants). Allotment of the flats will be conducted through a transparent lottery system.
Discussing the schemes, Prathmesh Kumar stated, “The locations for these housing projects are prime, the construction quality is strictly monitored, and allotments will be conducted transparently through an online lottery.”
