NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced the ‘DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026,’ featuring a 25% discount on over 1,200 ready-to-move flats in Narela, as announced by officials on Wednesday.
In celebration of the 80th Independence Day, the DDA has launched a special housing scheme tailored for serving and retired government employees, as well as working professionals.
The initiative aims to enhance home ownership accessibility for professionals while continuing DDA’s mission of promoting planned urban development and inclusive growth in the capital.
The scheme includes more than 1,200 ready-to-move flats available in 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK configurations, offered at attractive prices post-discount.
According to the DDA, “Prices after the discount start at Rs 33.40 lakh for 1 BHK, Rs 75.55 lakh for 2 BHK, and Rs 1.065 crore for 3 BHK.”
Registration for the scheme will open on July 24, with flat bookings starting from August 15, based on a first-come, first-served basis through the DDA Awaas Portal.
All flats are available on a freehold basis, granting full ownership rights to allottees.
Additionally, the housing complex is conveniently located approximately 1.2 km from the upcoming metro station, 1.9 km from the proposed RRTS station, 2 km from the Narela Sports Complex, 5 km from the future education hub, and 9.2 km from the forthcoming Integrated Sports Stadium. It is only 500 meters from Urban Extension Road-1 and 1.1 km from GT Karnal Road.
