NEW DELHI: A builder informed the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on July 31 that the dissolution of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) has resulted in delays in obtaining environmental clearances.
