NEW DELHI: Aptus Value Housing Finance India announced a net consolidated profit after tax of ₹260.94 crore for Q1 FY27, reflecting a 19% increase from ₹219.25 crore in Q1 FY26.
The company reported a net consolidated total income of ₹610.65 crore for Q1 FY27, a 15% growth compared to ₹530.14 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
As of June 30, 2026, the net worth was ₹4,343.62 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 1.26, total debts to total assets at 0.56, and a net profit margin of 45.01%.
The gross non-performing assets were at 1.42%, while net non-performing assets stood at 1.07%. The liquidity coverage ratio was recorded at 187.87%.
Assets under management grew by 21% year-on-year, totaling ₹13,648 crore. Disbursements in Q1 FY27 reached ₹1,053 crore, a 36% increase year-on-year.
P. Balaji, the managing director, stated that Q1 FY27 experienced enhanced business momentum due to the implementation of strategic growth initiatives, technology upgrades, and process enhancements.
