NEW DELHI: Accenture, a leading IT services and consulting firm, has signed a lease for 10.16 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad for a period of 10 years, with an initial rent exceeding Rs 7 crore per month, as reported by CRE Matrix.
According to real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the lease agreement between Aparna IT Hub LLP and Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd was registered on June 10.
Aparna IT Hub has leased a total area of 10,16,912 sq ft (chargeable area) in warm shell condition, across two phases, with a carpet area of approximately 7.57 lakh sq ft. This office space is part of the Aparna Technopolis project located in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
As noted by CRE Matrix, the first phase of the lease will commence in April 2026, while rent payments will begin on December 16, 2026.
The second phase is set to begin in September 2026, with rent starting from February 1, 2027.
The rent for the office space is priced at Rs 74 per sq ft, while the cafeteria rentals are set at Rs 37 per sq ft.
For the first phase, the monthly rent will start at Rs 3.53 crore, increasing to nearly Rs 5.14 crore by the fiscal year 2035-36.
The second phase will start with a monthly rent of Rs 3.69 crore, rising to Rs 5.37 crore in FY’36.

Earlier this month, Accenture reported a net income of USD 2.39 billion for the March-May quarter, up from USD 2.24 billion in the same period last year.
Accenture operates on a financial year that runs from September to August, making the March-May period the third quarter of FY26.
The Dublin, Ireland-based company reported revenue of USD 18.7 billion for the quarter ending in May, compared to USD 17.7 billion during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
