The chairperson of WBREAT stated, “As the basis for the case in the Consumer Commission proceedings is the same as that of the Regulatory Authority, the complainant must choose one of the two options and cannot pursue both at the same time.”

NEW DELHI: ASK Property Fund has successfully exited its ₹650 crore investment in a residential project led by Mahagun Group in Noida, achieving an internal rate of return (IRR) of 21% and a 2.1x multiple, according to the company’s statement. The fund initially invested approximately ₹310 crore in 2021, supporting the project’s growth and providing structured capital for a saleable area of about 2.4 million square feet. MHADA Begins Handover of 537 Flats in Naigaon BDD Project

NEW DELHI: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has initiated the allotment and possession process for 537 rehabilitation flats within the Naigaon BDD Chawl redevelopment project in Mumbai. The flats are situated in towers 1, 2, and 3 of rehabilitation building number one. The allotment process is being executed at MHADA’s project office on the ground floor of tower five at Naigaon-Dadar. On the first day, MHADA’s Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board issued allotment letters to 15 eligible residents, and possession of the flats was granted to all 15 beneficiaries after completing the necessary documentation.
