DDA Extends Booking Deadline for Towering Heights Scheme

NEW DELHI: On Thursday, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) announced an extension of the booking period for its ‘DDA Towering Heights’ high-rise housing scheme in Karkardooma, East Delhi, as per an official order.

The initial booking deadline was set for the end of March and was previously extended to the end of May.

“Continuing from this, the booking period for flats under the scheme has now been extended to June 30. This provides a further opportunity for individual buyers and government agencies for bulk purchases of the available flats,” the order stated.

Managed by NBCC, DDA’s Towering Heights is a premium residential project boasting a 48-storey, 155-meter tower, marking it as Delhi’s tallest residential building. This is the city’s first housing initiative developed under the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy.
