LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority will initiate an e-auction for 149 residential plots in Gomti Nagar Extension and Basant Kunj Yojana starting Thursday, as part of a larger sale of 475 properties valued at nearly Rs 3,000 crore throughout the city.
According to officials, the online auction portal will remain open until May 28, allowing interested buyers to participate by depositing 10% of the reserved price as earnest money. The residential plots range from 25 square metres to 300 square metres.
Among the residential plots, LDA has made available 12 plots on land recently cleared of encroachments in Sector 6 of Gomti Nagar Extension. These plots range from 112 sq m to 225 sq m with a reserve price of Rs 36,000 per sq m, with base prices varying from approximately Rs 40 lakh to Rs 82 lakh.
The remaining 137 plots are located in Basant Kunj Sector H, Sector I, and Gau Ghat. The smallest plot at 25 sq m is around Rs 8.5 lakh, while the largest 300 sq m plot has a reserve price of nearly Rs 1 crore.
In addition to residential plots, the LDA is also offering group housing plots near Rifa-e-Aam Club on Jagat Narayan Road and in Sector 7 of Gomti Nagar Extension.
LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar stated that the authority aims to provide premium residential properties in well-developed areas through a transparent process.
