KANPUR: The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is pivotal in achieving the state’s goal of becoming a USD 1 trillion economy.
Led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, UPSIDA is committed to boosting industrialization by creating a conducive environment for investors. This includes rapid development of industrial zones, high-quality infrastructure, transparent e-auction plot allocations, and modern warehousing and commercial facilities.
In line with this initiative, UPSIDA is hosting a Mega E-Auction of commercial and industrial plots in various industrial areas, including Mathura, Amethi, Sambhal, Jhansi, Jalaun, Shahjahanpur, Hamirpur, Lucknow, Hapur, Gautam Buddh Nagar, and Fatehpur.
Additionally, commercial plots will be available for a range of facilities such as banquet halls, clubs, community centers, hospitals, nursing homes, offices/BPOs, senior secondary schools, and weighbridges in Unnao. Other available services include nursery schools (in Unnao, Amethi, and Hardoi), working women’s hostels (Unnao), workshops/service stations (Amethi), hotels (Prayagraj and Unnao), primary schools (Barabanki, Hardoi, and Unnao), group housing (Barabanki, Hamirpur, and Unnao), high schools (Hardoi), dispensaries (Amethi), multiplexes (Prayagraj), warehousing (Barabanki, Auraiya, and Prayagraj), petrol/CNG filling stations with service stations (Prayagraj and Unnao), and multi-purpose halls/banquet halls in Unnao.
The e-auction process is designed to be completely transparent and user-friendly for investors. Registration and document downloads commenced on February 13, with the deadline for submitting catalogs, processing fees, and EMD set for February 23. The last day for uploading online documents is February 24, and e-bidding will take place on February 27.

Applications for industrial plot allotments are also available on the ‘Nivesh Mitra’ portal. This e-auction offers investors a chance to secure industrial plots and further enhance industrial activities in the state.
