NOIDA: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has revealed plans for a new residential plot scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport, slated for launch in January.
As part of this scheme, YEIDA will offer 973 residential plots in various sizes: 162, 183, 184, 200, 223, and 290 sqm. These plots will be located in Sectors 15C, 18, and 24A, all conveniently close to the airport.
Specifically, the scheme includes 476 plots of 162 sqm, 4 plots of both 183 sqm and 184 sqm, 481 plots of 200 sqm, 6 plots of 223 sqm, and 2 plots of 290 sqm.
A total of 17.5% of the plots are reserved for farmers whose land has been acquired, while 5% is reserved for individuals with operational industrial units in Yamuna City. The remaining 77.5% will be available to the general public.
Additionally, the scheme includes reservations specifically for farmers and industrialists who own functional plots in Yamuna City.
According to YEIDA’s CEO, RK Singh, they are currently obtaining the necessary registration from the UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority, a requirement prior to launching any housing initiatives.
Applicants must pay 10% of the plot price as registration money to enter the lucky draw for allotment. YEIDA will allow one month for registrations, after which allotment letters will be issued, and possession will be granted.
With the airport enhancing connectivity, the surrounding regions are anticipated to experience growth in commercial activities, job opportunities, and an influx of residents.
