NEW DELHI: Work Easy Space Solutions (WorkEZ), a provider of managed office spaces, has expanded its portfolio to nearly 1.7 million sq ft across 12 active buildings and two upcoming projects.
The company has introduced new centers in Chennai and Kochi, and is also committed to development in Coimbatore.
In Chennai, they have added 65,000 sq ft at Phoenix One National Park. Meanwhile, in Kochi, a partnership with Lulu Developers has added another 70,000 sq ft to their portfolio.
Sunil Reddy, managing director and founder of WorkEZ, stated, “We have consistently expanded our portfolio while maintaining strong occupancies and building long-term client relationships.”
WorkEZ has also announced a forthcoming development of 0.4 million sq ft in Coimbatore in collaboration with Veeras Infra.
