TRSCL to Hold E-Auction of Plots Starting October 28

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited (TRSCL) is set to hold an e-auction for open plots located in Kurmalguda, Thorrur, and Bahadurpally from October 28 to 30.

The plots in Kurmalguda vary from 200 to 300 square yards, whereas those in Thorrur range from 200 to 500 square yards. The starting price is set at ₹20,000 per square yard for Kurmalguda and ₹25,000 for Thorrur.

In Bahadurpally, the base price is ₹27,000 per square yard, while corner plots will start at ₹30,000 per square yard. The minimum bidding increment is ₹500 per square yard.

The e-auction for Kurmalguda will occur from 11 AM to 2 PM on Tuesday, with Bahadurpally’s auction from 3 PM to 6 PM the same day. The Thorrur plots will be auctioned over two sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, from 11 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM, respectively.
