YEIDA to approve key projects to fast-track growth in Greater Noida and Jewar

LUCKNOW: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has cleared key proposals aimed at accelerating development and attracting investments in the Greater Noida and Jewar region. At the 85th board meeting held on Wednesday, 54 projects were cleared for implementation over the next 15 years, outlining a comprehensive roadmap for the development of Greater Noida and the entire YEIDA-authorised area. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to execute fresh lease deeds with third-party developers of 13 Sports City projects, following an Allahabad High Court decision allowing it to cancel the allotment of 1,000 hectares to Jaiprakash Associates Ltd in March this year. Officials said these 13 projects involved 13,132 buyers across sectors 25 and 19. According to them, executing the fresh deeds had become mandatory following the HC’s decision, which nullified every reference to JAL in previous agreements. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has decided to hire a third-party agency to monitor and audit the quality of its ongoing and upcoming works. YEIDA will power up ₹450 crore tech hub near Noida airport

NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has started the process to hire a consultant for designing and managing the infrastructure development of Sector 10, where a tech hub is planned at an estimated cost of over Rs 450 crore. The cluster, located near Noida International Airport, will be developed across 206 acres.
