YEIDA to approve key projects to fast-track growth in Greater Noida and Jewar

LUCKNOW: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has cleared key proposals aimed at accelerating development and attracting investments in the Greater Noida and Jewar region. At the 85th board meeting held on Wednesday, 54 projects were cleared for implementation over the next 15 years, outlining a comprehensive roadmap for the development of Greater Noida and the entire YEIDA-authorised area. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to execute fresh lease deeds with third-party developers of 13 Sports City projects, following an Allahabad High Court decision allowing it to cancel the allotment of 1,000 hectares to Jaiprakash Associates Ltd in March this year. Officials said these 13 projects involved 13,132 buyers across sectors 25 and 19. According to them, executing the fresh deeds had become mandatory following the HC’s decision, which nullified every reference to JAL in previous agreements. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has decided to hire a third-party agency to monitor and audit the quality of its ongoing and upcoming works. Three tech majors to set up units on 120 acres, invest ₹4,000 crore off Yamuna expressway

NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued letters of intent to three companies for setting up manufacturing units near the upcoming Noida International Airport, marking a combined investment of around Rs 4,000 crore. Two of these companies will be allotted land in the upcoming Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) 2.0 in Sector 10, which spans 206 acres.
