Residents reported that these gaps are part of a planned 24-meter-wide sector road and have been incomplete since they moved to the township in 2013, due to pending land acquisition. GURUGRAM: The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRera) has mandated realtor Vatika Ltd to pay Rs 62.4 lakh in compensation to a couple after it failed to deliver a residential plot on time, according to an order dated April 7, 2026. Homebuyers Vinay Kumar and Shalini Kumari purchased a 240 square yard plot in the developer’s ‘Vatika India Next’ project in Sector 85 back in 2010.
