Representative Image HYDERABAD: In a record-breaking e-auction held by the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) on Thursday, an acre of land in Raidurg was sold for an astonishing Rs 237 crore. This sale surpassed previous records, with Gowra Ventures Pvt Ltd acquiring 6.29 acres for the development of an IT office tower and mixed-use projects. Earlier, the TSIIC had auctioned a parcel in October 2025 in the same area for Rs 177 crore per acre.
