Signature Global Q1 FY27 pre-sales drop 25% to ₹1,970 crore
NEW DELHI: Signature Global recorded pre-sales of ₹1,970 crore in Q1 FY27, marking a 25% decline from ₹2,640 crore in Q1 FY26. The average sales realization rose to ₹17,093 per sq ft in Q1 FY27, up from ₹15,250 per sq ft in FY26. Collections amounted to ₹670 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹930 crore in Q1 FY26. The company’s net debt increased to ₹390 crore at the end of Q1 FY27 from ₹200 crore at the close of FY26.
