Shashank Jain Appointed CEO as Alok Aggarwal Retires from Brookfield India REIT
NEW DELHI: The Board of Directors at Brookprop Management Services, which manages Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (Brookfield India REIT), has appointed Shashank Jain as the new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, effective July 1, 2026, succeeding Alok Aggarwal. Alok Aggarwal, who has been at the helm since the inception of the REIT, will be stepping down as of the close of business on June 30, 2026, as per a regulatory filing.
