New FY27 Circle Rates Effective in Gurugram
GURUGRAM: Starting Thursday, new circle rates for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties are now in effect. Property transactions will adhere to these updated rates from Friday onward. The revised rates have seen an increase of 15% to 30%, with some areas experiencing hikes up to 75%, as reported by officials.
