PNB Housing Q4 FY25 Net Profit Soars 25.30%

NEW DELHI: PNB Housing Finance has reported a 25.30% increase in consolidated net profit for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. The profit after tax reached ₹550.38 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹439.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous fiscal year, according to a BSE filing. The company’s consolidated total income for Q4 FY25 amounted to ₹2,036.78 crore, reflecting a 12.28% growth from ₹1,813.97 crore during the same period last year. MUMBAI: Carlyle Group, a US-based private equity firm, is planning to divest its remaining stake in PNB Housing Finance through a block trade valued at $308 million (₹2,604 crore) set for Friday, as outlined in a term sheet from IIFL Capital. Carlyle Group Sells 10.44% Stake in PNB Housing for ₹2,712 Cr

NEW DELHI: Carlyle Group, a global investment firm, has fully exited its stake in PNB Housing Finance by selling its 10.44% ownership for Rs 2,712 crore through open market transactions on Friday. The US-based Carlyle Group, via its affiliate Quality Investment Holdings PCC, sold over 2.71 crore shares of PNB Housing Finance on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
