PM Gati Shakti to Oversee Gujarat RERA Projects
GANDHINAGAR: The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GujRERA) and the state urban development department are now integrating GujRERA-registered real estate projects with town planning and development plan data, facilitated by the PM Gati Shakti platform to enhance service delivery. Established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, GujRERA is responsible for the registration of real estate projects and agents, along with regulation, monitoring, and grievance redressal for the registered projects.
