Buyers Await RERA Action on Delayed Uttar Pradesh Project
LUCKNOW: The Palacio Imperial White Buyers Association submitted a formal complaint in June 2025 but is still awaiting the first hearing from Uttar Pradesh RERA, raising issues about regulatory delays and inaction. The association invoked Section 7 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, requesting the transfer of the stalled Palacio Imperial White project (UPRERAPRJ13910) from Tulsiani Infraventure Private Limited due to the developer’s prolonged failure to complete the development.
