GNIDA offers housing plots near Noida airport, one costs ₹152 crore

NOIDA: Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has unveiled a premium group housing plot scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport, with the largest parcel commanding a reserve price of Rs 152 crore. Representative Image NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Authority has started buying land for several major projects, including Korean and Japanese industrial cities, a fintech hub, and new residential and institutional areas. It plans to buy another 5,000 acres from nearly 2,000 farmers in Sectors 4A, 5, 5A, and 11. The acquisition is part of its plan to develop the region around Noida International Airport into a global investment hub. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has decided to hire a third-party agency to monitor and audit the quality of its ongoing and upcoming works. This will ensure high construction standards and error-free execution of its major development projects. NOIDA: A door-to-door survey from Monday will study the impact on landholdings, livelihoods, homes, public utilities and community resources in 14 villages from where land will be acquired for the expansion of Noida International Airport in phases 3 and 4. Two runways and a global aerospace manufacturing hub are proposed on 2,053 hectares—of which 1,857 hectares are privately owned and will be acquired from 14 villages—in two of the four-phase development of the airport. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has started the process to hire a consultant for designing and managing the infrastructure development of Sector 10, where a tech hub is planned at an estimated cost of over Rs 450 crore. The cluster, located near Noida International Airport, will be developed across 206 acres.
