Haryana: RWA Must Preserve Essential Services Despite Dues

GURUGRAM: The registrar-general of societies in Haryana has ruled that resident welfare associations (RWAs) cannot suspend essential services like garbage collection or digital access systems as a means to recover unpaid maintenance fees.
