Dow Chemical Leases 2.5 Lakh Sq Ft Office in Navi Mumbai
Representative image Dow Chemicals International has secured over 2.56 lakh sq ft of office space in an IT park located in Navi Mumbai’s Airoli area via a long-term lease lasting over 10 years. This transaction is one of the largest in the city’s IT and business park sector. The US-based chemical giant has leased five floors (from the 2nd to the 6th) in one of the towers of the Mindspace Special Economic Zone, owned by Mindspace Business Parks.
