LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has initiated work on the Naimish Nagar scheme, which spans 1,084 hectares along Sitapur Road, aimed at accommodating approximately three lakh residents. NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has successfully recovered ₹1,410 crore from 5,700 recovery certificates to date.
