Ghaziabad: Harnandipuram Launch in 5 Months, 336 Hectares Phase-I

GHAZIABAD: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has commenced a satellite survey for the land designated for its Harnandipuram township. The first phase of construction is expected to start in five months, focusing on the development of 336 hectares, with 292 hectares being sourced from three villages: Mathurapur, Shamsher, and Nangla Feroze Mohan Nagar. Out of the 292 hectares needed, 14 hectares will come from Mathurapur, 86 hectares from Shamsher, and 192 hectares from Nangla Feroze Mohan Nagar. The promise of the Harnandipuram township, projected as a modern urban center, has been clouded by delays in land acquisition.
