Delhi Residents Cannot Complain About DDA’s Housing Quality
NEW DELHI: Homebuyers will not be able to raise complaints regarding defects in the flats offered through the Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) Towering Heights premium housing scheme in East Delhi, as per the terms outlined in the scheme. Earlier this month, the DDA introduced 1,026 premium 2 BHK flats starting at Rs 1.78 crore, developed under its Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) policy.
