Delhi: Over 800 flats sold in just a month under Apna Ghar scheme
NEW DELHI: Within a month of launching Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, Delhi Development Authority has managed to sell 830 flats, with 630 or 75% of the units in Narela alone. According to officials, 150 flats were sold in Loknayakpuram and 50 in Siraspur. “The positive momentum of the scheme is particularly evident in Narela, where all 115 EWS flats in Sector A1 A4 were fully booked. Additionally, MIG flats in Loknayakpuram are almost sold out,” said an official.
