NEW DELHI: Sumadhura Group has invested ₹1,000 crore to develop six residential projects across East and North Bengaluru by FY26.
Madhusudhan G, the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, stated: “Bengaluru’s residential market remains strong due to rising demand in key growth areas and an increasing preference for luxury living.”
The residential developments encompass Folium by Sumadhura- Phase 4 in Whitefield, Sumadhura Edition at Panathur, Sumadhura Solace on Marathahalli Main Road, Thubarahalli, Solea by Sumadhura in Rachenahalli, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2 at Devanahalli in North Bengaluru.
These projects have a combined revenue potential of ₹10,000 crore and over eight million sq ft of saleable area.
In total, the projects cover 90 acres of land and comprise more than 4,000 residential units, including over 400 plots.
