LUCKNOW: Property owners waiting for the formal registration of their properties from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will soon have the opportunity to complete the process at a dedicated ‘single-window’ camp. This initiative, lasting 13 days, aims to address the substantial backlog of pending registrations for numerous residential and commercial properties.
The camp will take place from November 3 to 15 at the committee hall of the LDA building, as per the directive of LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar. According to LDA Secretary Vivek Srivastava, this effort is a collaboration between the LDA and the registry department. For the first ten days, LDA officials will prepare all necessary documents. In the final three days (November 13-15), registry department officials will be available on-site to finalize registrations.
Deputy Secretary Madhvesh Kumar stated that the authority is reaching out to allottees. Those who have paid the full amount for their properties will be contacted via the LDA’s call center. Allottees who have paid 80% or more of the total amount are encouraged to settle the remaining balance and take advantage of the camp to complete their registration.
