NEW DELHI: Omaxe Garv Buildtech, a fully-owned subsidiary of Omaxe Group, plans to invest around ₹250 crore to develop a residential project named Omaxe Cassia along Raebareli Road in Lucknow. The project will feature eight towers with 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, projected to be completed in the next three years.
In a separate regulatory announcement, Brigade Enterprises reported the acquisition of a 5.72-acre land parcel in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, via an auction held by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The land was purchased at a rate of ₹44 crore per acre, excluding registration fees, with plans to develop a residential project on the site.
